Identificación molecular y actividad antifúngica in vitro de aislados actinobacterianos contra Colletotrichum gloeosporioides

          Resumen

          El uso de Streptomyces es una estrategia importante para el control de enfermedades postcosecha causadas por Colletotrichum. El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar la actividad antifúngica in vitro de aislados actinobacterianos contra C. gloeosporioides e identificar aquellos con mayor actividad mediante secuenciación del gen ARNr 16S. Los experimentos se realizaron usando un diseño completamente al azar con tres repeticiones para cada aislado: serie BVEZ (76 aislados) y serie BVEZMW (122 aislados). La identificación molecular se realizó por secuenciación de Sanger usando el gen ARNr 16S. Los resultados mostraron que el 28 y 21% de los aislados exhibieron actividad antifúngica contra C. gloeosporioides para las series BVEZ y BVEZMW, respectivamente. La identificación molecular reveló que los cinco aislados sobresalientes pertenecen al género Streptomyces. Los Streptomyces spp. de este estudio podrían ser una fuente de metabolitos secundarios antifúngicos con potencial para el control de la antracnosis causada por C. gloeosporioides.
