Organic nutrient management represents a challenge for optimizing basil (Ocimum basilicum L.) growth and yield due to the gradual release of nutrients and the complexity of soil–plant interactions. This study aimed to evaluate the combined effect of rock phosphate as basal fertilization and the liquid application of vermicompost leachate and seaweed extract on the nutritional status, growth, and yield of basil. The experiment was conducted under greenhouse conditions using a split-plot design, evaluating the presence or absence of rock phosphate and three liquid treatments (seaweed extract, vermicompost leachate, and their combination). Nutritional, physiological, growth, and biomass variables were assessed. Factor interactions significantly affected chlorophyll index, normalized vegetation index (NDVI), and yield components. Although early NO₃-, K+, and soluble solids concentrations showed no significant differences, the combination of rock phosphate with vermicompost leachate and seaweed extract increased plant height, leaf number, and total fresh biomass. These results indicate that integrated organic nutrient management improves basil agronomic performance and represents a viable strategy to enhance sustainable production systems.
