This template defines the main and secondary sections required for the types of contributions published by the journal. The paragraphs must be replaced with the author’s information, without modifying the order of the sections or the text style.
In the case of Scientific Notes, the Results and Discussion sections are combined into a single section, and the conclusion must appear as the final paragraph of that section.
All manuscripts must be written with single line spacing between lines and paragraphs. However, in the main text, as well as in tables, figures, and Literature Cited, one space must be left between elements. The font type must be Palatino Linotype, 12-point size.
No paragraph should have first-line indentation. All pages must be justified on both margins using the justified alignment option in Word®. Lines must end with complete words; therefore, the automatic hyphenation option at the end of each line should be avoided.
Line numbering must be consecutive throughout the manuscript.
